Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your delivery.

If the order is shipped from our international warehouse, you may also need to pay an import fee. Any import and customs fees are paid by the customer, as this is considered a private import. Hariliner cannot control or be held responsible for these costs.

RETURNS

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your package.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us at harilinersvarige@gmail.com to get the return address.

Refunds are made within 14 days. If you have paid via Klarna, you can register the return there and pause the payment during the return process.

Items returned in undamaged condition will be refunded at full value. If the item has been handled to such an extent that its value has decreased, a deduction will be made from the refund corresponding to the assessed reduction in value.

UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE

What happens if you do not collect your package from the agent?

Your package normally remains at the agent for 7 days after arrival. If you do not collect it, it may be sent back to the postal terminal in Malmö, where it must either be resent or destroyed.

The package will then be registered as "uncollected" and we will charge you a fee of 100 SEK. The remaining order value will be refunded to you in the same way you paid at the time of purchase.

If you change your mind about your purchase after placing the order, you must receive the package and then return it to avoid it being registered as "uncollected".
